Challenges
To build a premier loan management ecosystem that eases the user journey from all the paperwork and quotation runs. Seamlessly accept and reject various applications without having to be directed out of the site.
Bluecell had many restrictions regarding business & banking protocol/terminology that had to be fulfilled.
Apart from those limitations, by drawing out the information architecture we understood the hurdle to focus on ”How do we present recognition and recall amongst our screens”. We want to aid users in remembering where they entered from because each level came with deeper access.
Branding
We spent hours reading through the client’s brief and the knowledge base, recapping the conversations, and storming through the branding questionnaire we did with the client. We identified the values we agreed to be fundamental for the brand. They became our beacon throughout the entire creative process.
Logo Design
We went through an extensive exploration process. Our ideas appeared to be quite messy at first, but as we were digging deeper more of them started to stick.
After discussing the final direction with the client, we're happy to land on the best version of our works, which also aligns with the client's expectations.
Lean UX
During the initial stakeholder meeting, their main requirement was to build the product faster in stealth mode, the core objective was to focus on obtaining user feedback as early as possible so that it can be used to make better decisions during the product development process.
The aim was to develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) which is an idea to build the most basic version of the concept as fast as possible, test it and iterate based on the user feedback. The MVPs which show promising features can be incorporated into the design and development rounds without too much hassle.
